Individual Therapy
“The privilege of a lifetime is to become who you truly are.”
-Carl Jung
I find deep meaning in supporting individuals through life's challenges and transitions, and I especially enjoy partnering with parents as they navigate the joys and complexities of raising children. I am continually drawn to the depth and courage it takes to explore one's inner world. Taking a person-centered approach, I prefer meeting the client where they are, incorporating an integrative approach when it feels right. I am most drawn to the use of Sandtray Therapy, Jungian-inspired directives, exploration through art and play, guided meditation and mindfulness, polyvagal theory, and cognitive behavioral therapy.

Play Therapy
"Enter into children's play, and you will find the place where their minds, hearts, and souls meet."
-Virginia Axline
Play is the natural language of children. Play therapy is evidenced-based and provides a space for children to process feelings, experiences, and healthy development. I closely follow a child-centered approach. Children have this incredible innate sense of what they need to process, and how. In my experience, I have seen the most growth when I trust the process and follow their lead!
As children start transitioning away from the desire to express themselves through play, I offer a more direct and integrative approach to meet them where they are.
Teen Therapy
"What lies behind us and what lies before us are tiny matters compared to what lies within us."
- Ralph Waldo Emerson
You don't have to know exactly what to say before coming to therapy. You don't even have to be sure you want to be there. We'll start wherever you are.My goal is not to tell teens who they should become, but to walk alongside them as they discover who they already are.

Parent Support
“The relationship you have with your child shapes the structure and function of their brain.”
-Dr. Dan Siegel
Working with parents has become one of the most meaningful parts of my work. While I have always connected easily with children, becoming a parent myself has given me a deeper understanding of the vulnerability and patience that parenting requires. Letting go of control is hard, and being the one to stay regulated can sometimes feel impossible. Support helps, and I would be honored to be a small part of your community.
I work with parents in ongoing individual counseling, offer monthly parent support meetings when my primary client is the child, and can provide more targeted training through
Child-Parent Relationship Therapy.
Walk & Talk Therapy
"Above all, do not lose your desire to walk. Every day I walk myself into a state of well-being."
-Søren Kierkegaard
We live in an incredibly beautiful area, and when appropriate, I enjoy incorporating the outdoors into the therapeutic process. Walk & Talk sessions allow us to move side-by-side through nature while engaging in meaningful conversation, and offer a refreshing alternative to the traditional therapy setting. The rhythm of movement, fresh air, and shared focus on the trail can make it easier to reflect and speak openly. Sometimes it feels safer to look out at the trail ahead than directly at another person while exploring difficult experiences.

Group Therapy
"Owning your story is the bravest thing you'll ever do."
My goal is to provide ongoing and short-term groups. Check back for updates!
